· Material: Non-insulated heavy-duty aluminum, semi rigid flexible air duct reinforced with galvanized bead wire.
· Construction: Single layer of 90-micron aluminum, formed into a semi rigid flexible duct reinforced by galvanized wire helix. No adhesive applied, overlap sealed welding system.
· Properties: Fire rating of Class 0, zero flame spread, zero smoke development. Maximum air velocity 5000 fpm. Maximum rated positive pressure 12 wci, negative pressure 3 wci.

During product testing, a 25-foot uncompressed straight section of RigiFlex181 with a 4-inch diameter was subjected to an airflow performance evaluation.
