Works with anticipator type thermostats. HOW IT WORKS: Immediately upon application of power, the Delay on Break timer enables circuit operation. Once power is interrupted, the circuit opens for the time set on the dial. After the time period elapses, the circuit closes, allowing the protected motor or compressor to start. For typical HVAC applications, the operation of the timer is transparent and will go unnoticed.
